Nakita Mattocks

On a Mission to educate, empower, and motivate!

Hey there! I'm Nakita Mattocks, and I've been in the real estate for over 20 years. My journey of serving others started when I was a Hospital Corpsman in the United States Navy. Now, I run The Mattocks Group, helping clients navigate everything from facility management and construction to renovations and real estate brokerage.

I've got a BA in Psychology and hold broker licenses in Virginia, Maryland, DC, and Florida—plus, I'm a licensed Contractor. Beyond work, I'm deeply involved in my church and love giving back through local food banks and homeless intervention projects. I've also served on the Board of Directors for the Prince William Realtor Association and was a past president of the National Association of Real Estate Brokers' Northern Virginia Chapter.

My husband and I team up for our non-profit, Sunshine's House, making a difference in our community. When I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll probably find me diving into a new project or exploring new places. Always here to help and happy to connect!
